FAQ
Real Questions. Real Answers
How fast can you actually turn around an animation?
Standard timeline is 4–6 weeks from signed contract to final delivery. Rush projects can be completed in 2–3 weeks with a rush fee. We’ve pulled emergency turnarounds for product launches before—we’re not above it.
What does your 3D animation cost?
Simple animations start from $3,500. Most startup projects land between $5,000–$15,000 depending on length, complexity, and deliverables. Complex character or architectural work is quoted on scope. Fill out our project brief and get a real number in 24 hours.
Do I own the animation once it's delivered?
Fully. On final payment, all rights transfer to you. No licensing fees, no usage restrictions, no weird clauses. It’s yours.
What if I need changes after delivery?
Two revision rounds are included at key milestones. Minor tweaks within 30 days of delivery are generally covered. Substantial changes are handled
with a transparent change order—nothing that’ll blindside you.
Can you work with our existing assets or CAD files?
Absolutely. Send us your CAD models, existing 3D files, reference videos, style guides—whatever you have. We’ll work with and around your existing assets.
Do you do 2D animation as well?
We specialize in 3D but offer hybrid 2d and 3d animation where it serves the project. Full 2D-only projects aren’t our focus—our skill set lives in the dimensional world.
What file formats do you deliver?
Whatever you need. Standard delivery includes H.264 for web, ProRes for broadcast, and optimized cuts for social platforms. Source files available on request.
How do revisions work?
Two structured revision rounds—one after storyboards, one after draft animation. Revisions happen inside our project management tool (Frame.io), so feedback is visual, specific, and easy.
What industries do you work with?
Primarily tech, consumer hardware, real estate, healthtech, gaming, and e-commerce. But honestly, if you have a product or idea that benefits from 3D visualization, we can help.
Are you actually US-based or does work get outsourced?
100% US-based team. We don’t offshore. Your project is made by Americans working in your time zone.
